route from the north west and the Wirral:
Pick up the M53 to exit 3 (A552). At the top of the slip road, go on around the roundabout, pass the motorway slip road and take the next turn left, joining Woodchurch Road (A552), beware of traffic from right. Go through traffic lights, a left hand bend, on to a roundabout and turn right. (Arrowe Park Hotel on right). Go through traffic lights at 'Arrowe Park Hospital', pass the 'Stirrup' pub on the right and at next lights, turn left into Arrowebrook Road (Champion Spark Plugs on the right as you turn). Follow this road carefully and after a short distance, fork left into Arrowebrook Lane. Follow the bends to a mini roundabout ('Irby Mill' pub on the right). Go straight on into Hill Bark Road, follow the bend right and then turn immediate left (by the 'Farmer's Arms' pub on the right) into Montgomery Hill. Down Montgomery Hill to a roundabout, turn left onto Telegraph Road (A540). The entrance to the 1st XI ground (Paton Field) is a short distance up on the left. The entrance to the 3rd XI ground (Glasspool Field) is another few yards on the right.

route from the north east:
M6 onto M56 and then M53 to exit 3 (A552). At the top of the slip road, turn left, joining Woodchurch Road (A552) beware of traffic from right. Go on, through Heswall Village traffic lights, and eventually up into open country. Go through a sandstone cutting and the road drops into open country again. The entrance to the 1st XI ground (Paton Field) is a short distance up on the right after the wall. The entrance to the 3rd XI ground (Glasspool Field) is a few yards earlier on the left.

route from the south and North Wales:
Go over Queensferry and pick up the A550(T). Pass RAF Sealand and, at traffic lights, fork left. Go along the A550(T), to traffic lights (Two Mills) and turn left (A540) towards Heswall and West Kirby. Travel along this road for about 8 miles and on reaching a roundabout, fork left (not immediate left) - with the 'Devon Doorway' Restaurant on the right - into Telegraph Road. Go on and through lights (Commercial Road), under a bridge and turn right at next lights into Derby Road (steel fence opposite). Go straight ahead, and after about 3 miles, pass the Seaforth Container base on the left. Straight on over the flyover, through several lights, pass 'Liver' pub on left corner by lights, then Merchant Taylor's school on left by lights. Straight on and at next major junction (lights), turn right following signs to Southport. Take the third exit at next roundabout and on to lights by garage on the left. Straight on and follow the road through a 90º left bend and on through Ince Woods. Reach a dual carriageway, through lights, a roundabout, more lights and then at next roundabout, turn left into Southport Road. Go to top and follow the road left into Ryeground Lane and then right to a mini roundabout with 'Grapes' pub on right corner. Turn right into Green Lane. Drive slowly, passing shops on left, pass a church on the right, pass a wall on the left and immediately after, turn left into Cricket Path (easy to miss). Go to end and turn left through a wooden gate into the ground. Park at the far end of the ground.

Go straight on through sets of traffic lights and through the lights at Switch Island. Join the M58 eastbound. Go under M6 and then left on slip road to A577. Turn left and on to junction with B5206. Turn left into Moor Road and after going over M58, turn left into Church Street. Pass Orrell Station and keep left into Winstanley Road. Go along Winstanley Road and turn left into Pemberton Road (A57), crossing over the M6. Follow the road and on reaching the Venture pub on the left, St Matthew's Church and Highfield CC are on the right.

route from South Wirral and North Wales:
M56 to M6 northbound. Exit M6 at junction 26. Drop down to a roundabout, turn right under M6 and then left on slip road to A577 junction. Turn left and on to junction with B5206. Turn left into Moor Road and after going over M58, turn left into Church Street. Pass Orrell Station and keep left into Winstanley Road. Go along Winstanley Road and turn left into Pemberton Road (A57), crossing over the M6. Follow the road and on reaching the Venture pub on the left, St Matthew's Church and Highfield CC are on the right.

Through Wallasey Tunnel (£1.30 toll payable on entry) and straight on around left hand 270º bend onto Scotland Road. Through traffic lights and then left at lights immediately before flyover. Through a double set of lights, then a single set and then pull over to the right and follow the road to the right (industrial units on the right). Go straight through traffic lights (post office on corner) into Hall Lane and then gentle left at next lights. Straight through several more lights onto a dual carriageway (Edge Lane) passing 'Littlewoods' Old Building' and 'Technology Park' on the right. Follow road straight through even more lights and eventually join the end of the M62. Go along M62 and take the first exit onto A5080 and to a roundabout. Turn left under a sandstone railway bridge. Go along this road which opens out into a dual carriageway for a short distance. Go through traffic lights and road narrows with a tall hedge on the left. Slow down and turn left through steel gates after this hedge into the ground. Park next to the pavilion.

route from South Wirral and North Wales:
Make way to the end of M56. Go along M56 and continue to Runcorn exit (A557). Drop down slip road to traffic lights at roundabout. Take third exit and then climb up the hill and follow the road round with 'ICI' on the left. Follow signs for Liverpool Airport and take the turning towards Runcorn Bridge. Traffic joins from the right, go over the bridge. Go straight on and take the first turn off to St. Helens onto a new road. Go straight along here and you eventually come to the M62 junction. Take the M62 towards Liverpool to exit 6. Coming up the slip road to a roundabout, take A5080 (Huyton) turning into Tarbock Road. Go along this road to a roundabout. Follow the signs to Huyton and coming off the roundabout (at ten past), go under a sandstone railway bridge. Go along this road which opens out into a dual carriageway for a short distance. Go through traffic lights and road narrows with a tall hedge on the left. Slow down and turn left through steel gates after this hedge into the ground. Park next to the pavilion.

Through lights and at the next set, with the Cathedral in front of you, turn right. Go along Park Road and at the end, at traffic lights, turn left and then at lights again, turn right onto Aigburth Road (30 mph zone - BEWARE SPEED CAMERAS). Go along here for about 3 miles, passing Aigburth Vale lights and on to area with over hanging trees and to traffic lights with Liverpool CC on far right corner. Turn right and into the club on the corner. When going in, either go straight on to park by the pavilion or, if full, turn right to parking spaces at the side of the field.

route from South Wirral and North Wales:

Follow the road through lights and on into a 30 mph zone (MORE SPEED CAMERAS) tree lined dual carriageway with shops on the left. Proceed through more lights and you'll come to Liverpool Cricket Club behind a wall on the left. Entrance to the club is on the left hand corner at the traffic lights. When going in, either go straight on to park by the pavilion or, if full, turn right to parking spaces at the side of the field.

Stay on this road, pass RAF Sealand on the left, over the bridge over the River Dee and take the next exit following signs for A550 to Wrexham. On reaching Hawarden, a road joins from the right. Go on and take immediate right by the castle. Drive through wooded area, over A549 junction and after about half a mile, turn right onto A5118 (Padeswood Road) to Llong and Mold. Go under a railway bridge and the Castle Cement works is on the left opposite a garage. Turn left into the works and the car park is on the right with the ground on the left.

Pick up the M53 to exit 5 (A41). Pull over to the right and turn right under the flyover. At the second set of lights, filter right taking the A550(T) to North Wales. Stay on this road, through the A540 junction (Two Mills) to the next junction (A5117(T)) and turn right onto A550(T). After a few hundred yards, follow the turn off to the left, signposted for Flint. The road takes you over the new suspension bridge. Follow the main road (A548) to the right on towards Prestatyn. On approaching the town, pass the Nant Hall Hotel on the right and a turning to Meliden on the left, and follow the road right over a railway bridge - Marine Road (A548) - and through a left bend. Turn right at traffic lights into Bastion Road towards the beach. You can now see the cricket and football grounds on the right. Turn right into Beach Road East and then right again into Beach Close to the ground.

OR

Pick up the M53 to exit 5 (A41). Pull over to the right and turn right under the flyover. At the second set of lights, filter right taking the A550(T) to North Wales. Stay on this road, through the A540 junction (Two Mills) to the next junction (A5117(T)) and turn right onto A550 (T). Stay on this road, pass RAF Sealand on the left, over the Queensferry flyover, up the hill, pass the Buckley turn off and onto the A55(T) Expressway. Continue before leaving the A55(T) at junction 31 and follow signs for Prestatyn along the A5151. Nearly a mile after passing through the village of Trelawnyd take a right turn at the sign for Gwaenysgor, straight through the cross roads and then drive carefully through Gwaenysgor Village, avoiding the pond as you exit. (Now prepare yourself for the finest view west of Table Mountain. There is a viewing car park on your left.) Follow the road down, a slow right and left into Fforddlas, left again at the main road (Cross Foxes Pub) then right at the mini roundabout. Follow this road over the railway, right at the T junction then bearing slowly left at the bottom of the slope to the traffic lights, Bastion Road is straight ahead. Follow the road towards the beach. You can now see the cricket and football grounds on the right. Turn right into Beach Road East and then right again into Beach Close to the ground.

route from the Wirral:
M53 into Wallasey Tunnel (£1.30 toll payable on entry). On exit, go straight on around left hand 270º bend onto Scotland Road, to traffic lights and turn right into Leeds Street. At second lights, turn far left and follow the road along past the Liver Buildings on the right. Straight through several lights and the road swings to the left and climbs slightly. Through lights and at the next set, with the Cathedral in front of you, turn right. Go along Park Road and at the end, at traffic lights, turn left and then at lights again, go straight on into Ullet Road. On reaching a major junction, turn right and then right again through park gates. Turn left, pass bollards in the middle of the road and fork left with blocks of flats on the left. Just after these, on the right, is the entrance into the club.

route from South Wirral and North Wales:
Make way to the end of M56. Go along M56 and continue to Runcorn exit (A557). Drop down slip road to traffic lights at roundabout. Take third exit and then climb up the hill and follow the road round with 'ICI' on the left. Follow signs for Liverpool Airport and take the turning towards Runcorn Bridge. Traffic joins from the right, go over the bridge. Go straight on and over the flyover. Follow the road, all dual carriageway and pass the A5300/M57 junction. Follow the main road (it becomes A561) past Ford's on the right, Liverpool Airport on the left. The road rises and then drops to the left by traffic lights. Keeping to the left, go through lights (steel railings and railway sidings on left). (BEWARE - SPEED CAMERAS). Follow the road through lights and on into a 30 mph zone (MORE SPEED CAMERAS) tree lined dual carriageway with shops on the left. Proceed through more lights and the road goes to the right and drops to traffic lights at Aigburth Vale. Turn right into Ashfield Road. At next lights, turn left into Elmswood Road into Sefton Park. At T junction, turn left. Follow park perimeter road around to the right and after about a mile, you reach a roundabout with traffic from a park gate on the left and an open area on the right. Go on and after bollards in the middle of the road, fork left with blocks of flats on the left. Just after these, on the right, is the entrance into the club.

route from the south west, Wirral and North Wales:
Pick up the M53 towards and into the Wallasey Tunnel (£1.30 toll payable on entry). On exit pull over to the left and go up the slip road which swings left. A road joins from the right at the top. Go straight on for a short distance and then fork left at traffic lights. 50 yards after the fork, turn left into Boundary Street at traffic lights. Go on and through lights (Commercial Road), under a bridge and turn right at next lights into Derby Road (steel fence opposite). Go straight ahead, and after about 3 miles, pass the Seaforth Container base on the left. Straight on over the flyover, through several lights, pass 'Liver' pub on left corner by lights, then Merchant Taylor's school on left by lights. Straight on and at next major junction (lights), turn right following signs to Southport. Take the third exit at next roundabout and on to lights by garage on the left. Straight on and follow the road through a 90º left bend and on through Ince Woods. Reach a dual carriageway and continue along passing RAF Woodvale on the left. Straight on at lights to a roundabout at Ainsdale (police station on right corner). Go right, ie second exit and on to another roundabout. Keep to the left and the road rises over Hillside Station. Take the next right opposite Hillside Golf Club and then left into Trafalgar Road. The club is a short distance down on the right after Harrod Drive. Unload and walk through a barrier on the left to the front of the pavilion and the dressing rooms, away team on the right.

On reaching St. Helens town centre, follow the signs for A570(T) to Southport. You eventually come to Lingholme Road with a park on the left hand side. Go along here and then left into Denton's Green Lane (a one-way system). Pass Ruskin Drive on the left and turn right into Tennis Street. Go through a junction and along to a T junction, turn right into Windleshaw Road. The ground is on the left.
